I admit right now I got teary-eyed shooting and editing these pictures. It is a gift to call these two witty, funny, caring, goofy, sensitive, resilient, and stunning women my friends. After years and years of friendship, watching Gates and Bunny share this bone-deep love has been a gift. They look at each other like every freckle and smile is a miracle. Each time we're together I can't imagine they could love each other more, and the next day they prove me wrong. This shoot was so easy because they're so affectionate and in-tune. I was just there for ride, and I'm so grateful they let me capture their love.
